Picnic FAQ's

How do I book?

Once you have decided on a picnic, simply fill out the picnic booking form above with your preferred event date, time, guest count and any add-ons. We will contact you about availability. You will receive an invoice for your 50% that's due at the time of booking and the payment balance due 10 days before your reservation. We will design and set up your picnic before your arrival. Upon arrival, we leave you to enjoy your private time. We will return at the end of your reservation to pack up the picnic supplies and hear about your experience. Payments can be made through Venmo, CashApp or credit card (2.9% fee applies).

What does my picnic include?

We currently offer packages suitable for 2-20 people that includes comfortable seating, décor, and florals. 
 Food: All our picnics come with a savory & sweet
charcuterie box or board based on your guest count.
 Beverages: Sparkling Water or Lemonade served cold in a galvanized ice bucket or insulated picnic basket.
 Styling: Each setup has seasonal décor or we can customize a style option. You can choose a romantic set-up, or a themed option based on your picnic vision. Let us know if you have a preference of styling so we can tailor a picnic to fit your special occasion.

Do you stay during our picnic?

No, your picnic is held in our private garden overlooking the Atlanta city skyline. After you're settled we leave so you can enjoy your time and we return at the end of your picnic reservation. If you need something during your picnic, you can call or text our picnic hostess (whose number is provided in your confirmation email). They can be on site within minutes.

What's your cancellation policy?

We don't provide refunds but we can change your reservation based on availability with 72 hour notice. After 72 hours, there is a 50% rescheduling fee to move your reservation.

What happens if there is bad weather?

If bad weather may affect your reservation, we will contact you in advance to discuss your options. There is no cancellation charge for rescheduling your picnic due to bad weather. Picnic must be rescheduled within a 3 months period. See our TERMS & CONDITIONS for more rescheduling information.

Can I book longer than 2 hours?

Yes, we are happy to allow you to use the setting for a longer period if availability permits, this must be arranged with us in advance. Please note additional fees apply for time accrued by the hour.

Is there special holiday pricing?

Yes. For certain holidays and times, you will be getting a perfect fireworks show from surrounding locations in the skyline view. Ask us about the certain holiday restrictions and pricing.
